What is Aluminum Air battery Technology?
The aluminum-air battery uses high-purity aluminum (containing 99.99% aluminum) as the negative electrode, oxygen as the positive electrode, and potassium hydroxide (KOH) aqueous solution as the electrolyte. Aluminum absorbs oxygen in the air, produces a chemical reaction to discharge, and converts aluminum and oxygen into aluminum oxide. The progress of aluminum-air battery is very rapid, and its application in EV has achieved good results. It is a promising air battery.
